Two common questions about account information updates and registration

After logging in to bjevip, go to "Profile Settings" or "Account Management". You'll find an option there to edit your contact information. Change Mobile Number: Enter your new number and we'll send you an OTP — verify it and your details will be updated instantly. Change Email: Enter your new email address and a confirmation link will be sent to both addresses – clicking both links will apply the change. For security reasons, withdrawals may be temporarily paused for 24 hours after contact details are updated. If you run into any issues, contact support and assistance will be provided after identity verification.

Registering with bjevip requires five key pieces of information: Full name, date of birth, mobile number or email, password and optionally a referral code. During KYC verification (on your first withdrawal or high-value transactions), a copy of your national ID may be requested.
